The hostel “Aretousa” consists of three single-space studios of 25 square meters and three maisonettes of 34 square meters. All rooms are prepared tastefully, with facilities that provide guests with autonomy, and have direct access to the garden and all common areas of the complex. It has central heating and is suitable for vacations all year round.
A yard paved with slabs, full of flowers and grass, where children can play and adults can relax, surrounds the hostel and creates the ideal scenery for your summer vacations. The pool of 4.5 x 11 meters offers children and adults relaxation and amusement. Either you choose the coolness of the pines or the umbrellas and deck chairs around the pool, you will enjoy the tranquility of the landscape and the euphoria the contact with nature offers. The wooden oven in the yard gives guests the chance to cook, if they wish to, while in the outdoor barbecue and the marble common dining-table, guests can have common lunches with relaxed attitude and good cheer.
STUDIOS
The studios which are on the first and second floor of the building can accommodate two to three persons. Each has its own special character, and based on the decoration and color of their interior, they were named accordingly "VANILLA", "LOTUS" and "GREEN APPLE". They are all bright, functional and fully equipped. Thus, they offer their residents the benefit of freedom and independence of movements, thanks to the oven, which allows them to organize every day preparing their own meals.
MAISONETTES
On the ground-floor of the central building, there are three maisonettes with their loft, which can accommodate up to four persons. With wood prevailing in the decoration of the interior and furniture, they are the ideal choice for families with children or friends that want to enjoy the idyllic environment of Skopelos. Large windows allow light to come inside, and the scents to come from the garden satisfying all senses. Thus, the maisonettes were named accordingly: "GERANIUM", “JASMINE” and “LAVENDER”. On the ground-floor, there is a living-room with a fireplace and a couch that can be converted to a bed and accommodate two persons, while wooden stairs lead to the loft, where the bedroom is.
