STAFYLOS
A beautiful tavern welcomes the visitor offering fresh fish. Wooden stairs lead to a wonderful pebble beach with grey sand and crystal clear waters. At the beginning of the beach there is a beach bar, umbrellas and sun beds. For those who prefer more secluded beaches , the other half of Stafylos beach is the ideal place. This beach is one of the most popular beaches of the island due to the fact that it is located at a small distance from the island’s capital and its beauty but it tends to be rather crowded.
PANORMOS
A beautiful sandy beach with pebbles which is surrounded by a beautiful bay with two small islets at its entrance.Panormos is very popular and full of people during summer. You can find umbrellas and sun beds and a variety of sea sports. The small village of Panormos is full of seaside taverns and cafes. Near the sea there remnants of ancient walls.
VELANIO
Velanio is a beach which is near Stafylos and you can get there if you follow a small path at the end of Stafylos beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. It is protected from wind, it has calm clear blue sea and fine golden sand. This miracle of nature is totally secluded left to its natural beauty and surrounded by hills and pines. It is Skopelos official nudist beach and a true miracle of nature.
MILIA
If you go northern , the landscape becomes rockier and the forest denser. There you can find the famous Milia beach which is long and sandy and stretches for at least a mile along the pine forest. The sand is especially fine and shiny and its turquoise are incredibly calm and clear. The lush green islet which stands opposite this beautiful beach is called Dasias and adds the final stroke to this nature’s idyllic painting. A nice beach bar, umbrellas and sun beds can be found at the centre of the beach.Milia is popular with windsurfers.
