Villa “Ditropo Salkim” is a two-storey traditional residence that can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons. It is built at a great location with magnificent view to the sea and the mountain, it is made of stone and wood, and it is fully equipped to provide guests with autonomy and unlimited possibilities for long vacations.
The functional and comfortable rooms inside the residence, the selection of fine materials in the decoration, the delicate luxury in the furniture contribute to the creation of a place that provides the familiarity of home, and is particularly suitable for families or groups of many friends.
On the ground-floor, there is a bedroom (for two persons) with a bathroom (with a shower), a living-room, a dining-room and a kitchen which is fully equipped. An ancillary space can meet various needs, while a couch that is converted to a bed can accommodate two more persons. Large windows that let the light come into the rooms, and the joyful colors create a positive energy that makes you relax and takes away the everyday stress.
The internal stairway with the wooden lining leads upstairs, where there is a bedroom with an independent bathroom. The wooden floor, the visible wooden roof, the large double iron bed with the fly net and the warm colors on the walls and textiles create a unique sense of familiarity. Enjoy a hydromassage with a view to the green garden and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea, relax on the comfortable mattress of the large iron bed that will take you to another era.
Villa “Ditropo Salkim” is surrounded by a large yard paved with slabs and a green garden with aromatic plants, typical of the Mediterranean vegetation, where there is a swimming pool (4x9 m.) with umbrellas and deck chairs, an outdoor shower and an outdoor barbecue.
